- Body Tone -

An overall body shaper, designed to firm and tone each body part using resistance training with hand weights, balls, bands, etc. Includes abdominal work and stretching.

- Cardio Mix / Blast -

In the spirit of traditional aerobics, this class incorporates a fun mix of aerobic moves with some salsa, hip-hop, and firm and tone moves thrown in just for fun; for the person who loves cardio, cardio, cardio! This class is a blast!

- Dance -

For the person who loves easy dance moves kept at an up-tempo pace; for all fitness levels.

- EF Xtreme -

A 30 minute cardio class; It's a group session using the elliptical trainers (EFX) machines, similar to a Spinning class, but more fun! This is a class with tempo.

- EZ Cardio -

Nothing too fast or complicated. Just some easy cardio and dance moves.

-EZ Fit -

This class is an excellent low-impact slow cardio workout; great for unconditioned individuals.

- Firm and Tone -

A great substitute for a workout on the weight machines. Try this class for toning up those muscles using hand weights, bands, tubes, and balls; perfect for any fitness level.

- Firm and Tone on the Ball -

Using exercise balls for strength, toning, balance, and stability; a fun break from the traditional firm and tone class for beginners to advanced exercisers.

- Pilates Yoga Stretch -

The latest trend in body movement for balance and control. Great for toning and strengthening abs/back/hips. Using isometric movements with emphasis on proper breathing patterns. Pilates moves, Yoga and stretch moves are all a part of the fun.

- Step -

A superb step class designed for all levels; lots of fun and easy choreography.

- Zumba -

Totally hot new trend in aerobic finess. Cumbias...Latin Rhythms put to easy dance moves. HOT...HOT...FUN! Beginners can learn and have a great time in the first class you take!
